Armed and Unarmed Security Officers (Full-time and Part-time)

Condor Security of America, a leading security services provider, is seeking dedicated and qualified Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in Washington State. We have positions available for both full-time and part-time roles, and all shifts are open to accommodate a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling assigned areas and premises.

Provide access control and monitor entrances and exits.

Detect and deter unauthorized individuals or suspicious activities.

Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations or incidents.

Prepare accurate and detailed reports of incidents, daily activities, and shift logs.

Interact with clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

For Armed Security Officers: Must possess a valid Washington State Armed Security Guard license.

For Unarmed Security Officers: Must possess a valid Washington State Unarmed Security Guard license.

Previous security experience is preferred, but not required.

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.

Strong observation and attention to detail skills.

Must have a clean criminal record.

Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
