Security Operations Center

The SOC operates on a 24/7 basis, with additional staff added during peak periods when/if necessary. The SOC provide direct support to Project Managers (PM) in the field.

Our SOC is responsible for coordinating with supervisors to ensure all posts are filled. If there is an unexpected call off, the SOC works with supervisors to fill the post, and has access to the employee database to identify and deploy qualified replacement guards when necessary. The SOC also monitors all vehicles on the contract via GPS tracking.

A vehicle tracking system allows us to track and geo-fence vehicles, sending alerts if a patrol exceeds acceptable speed limits or leaves a planned area/route. During emergencies, the SOC acts as a communications center for all operations and monitors the situation as it unfolds – the SOC helps coordinate our emergency response with the PM, supervisors, executive staff, and officers on site.
